- Jeff Hunter, President & CEO
- Jeff Hunter is the founder, President, and CEO of
Euphorion. Prior to Euphorion, Jeff guided Business
Development, Sales, and Marketing at IntelliMatch Inc., an
Internet software and service company. Jeff's previous
experience includes product marketing, sales, strategic
development, business development, and human resources at
companies such as Resumix and Conner Peripherals. Not one to
believe in a typical career path, Jeff has also served as
Executive Director of Winners On Wheels, a national non-profit
organization for children with disabilities. As the Vice
President of Strategic Planning for the New United Way of
Fresno County, he led the development of radical new
approaches to community building in low-income communities.
Jeff helped put himself through college (where he received a
BA in Philosophy) by co-founding a marketing and advertising
company which he operated for 3 years. Jeff counts among his
proudest accomplishments that he convinced his wife to marry
him, that he works with people he really likes, trusts and
respects, and that his children still seem to like him.

- Dr. Mitchell F. Wyle, Chief Science Officer
- Mitch has over thirty years of experience in networking
and computing. He is a leading Internet expert, well-published
in academic and trade journals.
Mitch holds a PhD in search technology and has
applied these concepts to fast, automated problem resolution,
rsum matching, and online retail. He has creatively and
effectively led all aspects of the software development life
cycle, from business planning to maintenance on projects of
all sizes. Throughout his career he has attracted, motivated,
and retained the best talent in Silicon Valley. Because his
family has no television, Mitch has time to be active in the
public school system, helps coach Little League baseball and
is a scout leader.

- Ranjit Padmanabhan, Chief Technology Officer
- Ranjit is an expert in the development of web-enabled
database applications. He has fifteen years of experience in
product development and system integration at Hewlett-Packard,
Synopsys, and IntelliMatch. In addition to being a regular
member of various standards committees, Ranjit is the
principal author of HRML, targeted at enabling EDI for HR
functions. Currently, Ranjit serves on the board of Paralogic
Inc., a vendor of Java-based chat and community-builder
products. None of this makes up for the fact that Ranjit is
an awful keyboardist, who could not play three chords in a
row if his life depended on it.

- Ruthanne Crowley, Vice President of Finance & Administration
- Ruthanne began her career working as an auditor for Arthur
Young & Co. (now Ernst & Young) in their Chicago and San
Francisco offices. She then joined Syntex where she held a
variety of positions, ultimately managing all accounting and
finance functions for the International Diagnostics Marketing
Division. Ruthanne left Syntex to focus on raising a young
family and spent 10 years combining motherhood with a
home-based business, providing accounting, tax and financial
support to a wide variety of small businesses in the Bay Area.
At Euphorion, Ruthanne oversees all finance and administrative
functions while continuing to pursue a variety of "motherhood"
activities including serving on the Boards of the PTA and
Education Foundation as well as acting as the family
chauffeur.

- Kevin Martin, Chief Operations Officer

Kevin Martin is the COO of Euphorion. Kevin brings over
19 years of experience in the development and delivery of
technical products and services at four successful startups
in the Bay Area.
Most recently, Kevin was a Founder and Senior Vice
President of Engineering and Operations and Board Member of
Netpulse Communications, Inc., a San Francisco-based online
media company he co-founded in 1992.
Before founding Netpulse, Kevin was Research and
Development Project Manager for MIPS Computer Systems, Inc.,
design and implementation of UNIX-based SPARC workstations
in the Research and Development division of Sun
Microsystems, Inc. and Production, Test and QA Engineer at
Convergent Technologies. Kevin holds a BS in Electrical
Engineering and an MS in Engineering Management from
Stanford University.
