Methodology - Frame
|

The Frame Phase ensures that both Euphorion and the client
share a common set of expectations about the scope of a project,
the roles and responsibilities of each party, and the definition
of success. The key deliverable from this phase is a Frame
Document that describes the initial functional and technical
scope, documents a common understanding of what will be
delivered at the conclusion of a project, and defines the
criteria that will be used to assess success. Within this phase,
Euphorion develops a description of the high-level functions
and features of an e-solution, and works with the client to
establish priorities.
