If the strategy must be complete before the design can begin, in the race to market, strategy will be cut short. The Euphorion Way - Rapid Concurrent Deployment

Euphorion's solution to this dilemma is to adopt a prototyping-based approach to the design, development and deployment of complex e-solutions. Rapid Concurrent Deployment (RCD) is Euphorion's Iterative methodology for on-time, on-budget delivery of large and complex Web-based solutions.

The concept of RCD is to keep clients and end-users directly involved in the business strategy and design process on an ongoing basis, by rapid prototyping of the solution. The prototypes are not simply "mock-ups", but extensible working systems that evolve based on iterative refinement of the business strategy and rules.

There are five phases associated with RCD:

• Deployment

Using RCD, Euphorion develops a working prototype which evolves incrementally into a final deployment. Reliability and scalability are built into the system, with the result that later revisions are easier, and make use of existing code. Early delivery of iterations enables our clients to get to market quickly, but also to ensure completeness of vision. In Euphorion's Rapid Concurrent Deployment methodology the phases are done in parallel, resulting in a rapid evolution of the application.
