Our Dogi Jackets and Pants combine the finest workmanship, materials and options for superior comfort and fit.

Two Fabrics - Heavy and Medium-weight

Aikido and Karate Style Pants in Drawstring and Zipper

Two Fabrics
Choose from heavyweight 12 oz. preshrunk 100% cotton duck or mid-weight 8.5 oz. preshrunk 100% cotton drill. The 12 oz. fabric is one of the toughest available, and the 8.5 oz. drill has a softer hand and requires no breaking in period.

Aikido and Karate Styles
Bu Jin Design Jackets and Pants are available in both Aikido and Karate styles. The Aikido Jacket features a longer "tail" to stay tucked in, and the Aikido Pants have reinforced knee patches to withstand suwariwaza.
 

Aikido/Kendo and Karate/Kung Fu Styles
Bu Jin Design Jackets and Pants are available in both Aikido/Kendo and Karate/Kung Fu styles. The Karate/Kung Fu dogi are two inches longer in the sleeve and pant than the Kenjutsu/Iaido dogi, and the Aikido Pants have reinforced knee patches to withstand suwariwaza.
 

Drawstring and Zipper Pants
Choose from two popular styles. The Drawstring Pant features a free-sliding drawstring and an elasticized waist for a comfortable, secure fit. The Zipper Pant is a Bu Jin innovation with a zippered placket, comfortable elasticized waist and a fully enclosed nylon web belt with a small low-profile buckle.

Mix and Match
We offer a wide range of sizes from Extra-Small to Extra-Extra-Large in both Jackets and Pants, with Tall sizes in-between. Since the Jackets and Pants are sold separately, you are virtually ensured a perfect fit.

Bu Jin Design's Belts are designed to contour snugly around your waist and securely anchor your hakama. Multiple-ply and multi-stitched, these belts wonąt fray to reveal "stuffing". For your comfort, the white and black belts are available in two widths, 2" and 2 1/2", and in five sizes, Small 100", Medium 110", Large 118", Extra-Large 130", and Extra-Extra-Large 144".
