For a dwarf, Kolbar seems affable and friendly. He studied for a time in the OrderOfDawn outside Bergis, and continues in the monk tradition, almost never wearing armor or carrying anything more than a pair of sickles. He is also a paladin of the Foundation, and is often seen praying in the morning with the other few paladins in the city.
Kolbar and his North gate counterpart, Elhenia have been rumored to not get along, but in public they always appear polite and genial.
