This pair of borderline Bond villains first appeared when threatening, feebleminding, and nearly killing Timus. They then recently appeared in Alyon on Fourday Gras, talking loudly about how their plan to switch Timus and Nyralla into each other's bodies had rendered them helpless -- shortly before the (unswitched) Nyralla breathed a line of acid at them.
They have some ties with draconic forces, and are enemies of Nyralla.
They are fairly powerful wizards or sorcerers (cast Feeblemind, Hold Monster, Summon Monster V (Fiendish Rhino)), but have a tendency to banter even when bantering is not the most effective solution to the problem at hand.
Their names, incidently, are Jan and Cindy. (YAHN and SEEN-DAY) Debates about whether a mastermind named Marsha is behind everything are now free to range.
