A body of three people who work under the MostHigh and see to the day-to-day workings of the theocracy of the GoldenWood towns.
Simon is one known member of the current Triumvirate, and undoubtedly in charge of the magical aspects. There is a warrior whose sign is an axe, and a lady whose sign is a length of chain. Not much is known about these two except to people who have lived or worked extensively in a BlackPillar community.
