Lawful Evil
The Black Pillar is a God of darkness and anger. He is justice without mercy, order without compassion, and an utter belief in law and servitude. He is the God who rules the theocracies of the Goldenwood towns, and his rule is utterly without question. For all that, he is a god of justice and honor, and though he is evil, his word is absolute.
Priests of the Black Pillar are feared and respected in most areas. They are the only evil priests to be tolerated in civilized area, because for all of their evil and power, they have a strong moral code. Once per day, they have the ability to assume a fearful gaze. This attack works just like the Fear component of the Eyebite spell, except that the DC is 10 + level + Cha, and the gaze effect extends 30'. Priests of the Black Pillar are forbidden to lie unless they are in disguise or as part of a master plan, and they must obey the strict hierarchy of their church.
The BlackPillar church is controlled by the MostHigh, who in turn controls the Triumvirate, three people who see to day-to-day administration.
