The party heads for the artifact chamber, which is guarded (to some extent) by a naga. In the ensuing battle, everyone except Tierney and Arly is charmed by the naga. Unwilling to let another creature be more charming, Tierney charms the naga and convinces her to release her hold on the party. After learning a little more about the artifact from the naga, the party retrieves the body of the Thon'ri from Alyon and use it to power the artifact. Tierney asks the artifact to show him where the core of the Ta'bar'pur community is, and it does so -- in the most suboptimal way possible.

Plot Points

• Time left in the giant-king's truce with Bergis: 8 days
• Time left before evil force (PL?) carries out his attack on the northern city unless given the Sebereich: 2 days
• Use Magic Device -- always fun.
• The party has landed in the middle of a possible TBP nexus -- unintentionally ending up in the place that they were looking for through a fun miss-roll by Tierney.
