Harol is a studious, hardworking gate commander. His position oversees the FlameLancers, and as such he is often in the company of Berian, their leader. They make an odd couple -- the affable Berian and the serious Harol.
Harol is actually more of a fighter than a wizard, though he has some magical ability. He is humble, however, and leaves the FlameLancers to Berian for the most part.
There are rumors that Harol and Elhenia were once an item, but that is probably because they are both elves. In any event, with Harol serving under Elhenia, it is unlikely that they are currently romantically linked.
