There's No Place Like Home... No, Really

Tierney runs off to Arcanae to get an item which will depetrify two of the party members. After dispelling the invisibility on the two stoners, Sendant and Tierney are surprised to see a dwarf, Byargun, in Timus' place. Ignoring (for the moment) Gryff's and Arly's claims that Timus was actually killed two years ago in Salin's Keep, the party heads into what appears to be a replica of Sendant's childhood home in Alyon and encounters constructs in the shape of Sendant's family members -- and a Thon'ri.

Plot Points

• Byargun is a Dwarven warrior wizard (more wizard than warrior), who was a member of the team that saved the halfling village from Ilcitrix and her goblin army.
• According to Gryff and Arly, Ironpass was destroyed by the party when it came under siege by legions of undead. They used the Tasan to destroy the town and the dungeon of the Perishing Fall. The party members wear armbands to commemorate the tragedy.
• Or not. The Ironpass incident never actually happened, although Sendant and Tierney distinctly remember discussing it with Gryff and Arly, who claim that never happened.
• Arly, under the effects of a Compulsion trap, spilled a couple juicy secrets before he was (unfortunately) stopped by Tierney. He mentioned something about assassinating Bruvar in Glain, and his eventually turning into an undead creature (though he claimed that he was misunderstood, and meant "undead slayer").
• The Thon'ri seemed very interested in the details of Sendant's dream.

Unanswered Questions

• Are Sendant and Tierney under some sort of spell? Or are Gryffid and Arlemis under a spell? Or were Sendant and Tierney transported into another universe?
• What's with all the questions about goblins?
• Did the Thon'ri actually have something important to say? Or was it trying to delay the party with mindless banter so that reinforcements could arrive?
• What the hell is happening to the world?
